We want you to love your Waterfield gear, so if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our workshop, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
